Notice Regarding Food Donations
We graciously accept shelf stable food items within the expiration date.
We do not accept the following items: frozen or prepared foods, soda, candy, or non-food items such as clothing, furniture, or used medical equipment.
Your donations can be placed in the red bins outside our door, 24/7. To keep everyone safe by preventing congestion in the circle drive, we ask that you avoid dropping off donations during grocery distributions,
Mondays and Fridays, 3:00-5:00.
We accept food drive donations on Tuesdays between 8:30-11:30 and 2:00-4:00 and Thursdays between 8:30-Noon.
We appreciate your cooperation!
Food drives help us keep our shelves stocked and our neighbors’ bellies full. Through your food donation, you are helping us to feed 360 families per week benefiting over 1,000 people. Companies, clubs, churches, and even kids have organized food drives with colleagues and friends to provide items that are particularly nutritious and useful to the people we serve.
Organizing a food drive is simple.
- Determine the place, dates and times you’ll collect food.
- Download a list of acceptable foods.
- Announce your food drive to colleagues and friends via email, fliers, phone calls, or text.
- Collect food in boxes that can be easily transported to the food pantry.
- We accept food drive donations on Tuesdays between 8:30-11:30 and 2:00-4:00 and Thursdays between 8:30-Noon.
